Abstract

Not only Uzbek, Kyrgyz and Russian linguistics, but also all world linguistics have approached this problem in one way or another, tried to solve this problem in one or another attempt. Later, [SFFWS] were clarified from the point of view of systematic linguistics by H. Ne'matov, R. Saifullaeva.
