This article provides a detailed analysis of stylistic convergences in the drama of John Dryden “Aureng-Zebe”. The article reveals that Stylistic convergence within John Dryden’s “Aureng-Zebe” primarily fulfills descriptive, emotional, character-oriented, relational, and pragmatic roles, highlighting their relevance. Through this technique, the playwright adeptly conveys philosophical, spiritual, political, and societal norms to the reader, along with an analytical and critical artistic framework.
