Abstract

The article discusses the impact of baromassage on the performance and functional state of the musculoskeletal system of 100-meter hurdlers. In athletes specializing in 100 m hurdles, at the stage of sports improvement, the main load falls on the muscles of the lower extremities and torso. With the growth of the technical skills of female athletes, there is a tendency to increase local overloads of the musculoskeletal system (LMA).
